Billing and access
here is us is a subscription to browser-based software. Paddle sells the membership as merchant of record. Your membership activates for the signed-in paying account after payment confirmation and covers both connected accounts. No physical product is shipped.
Monthly billing is $9.99 USD per month. Annual billing is $99.99 USD charged in full once per year. Both plans renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle shows the final currency, applicable taxes and total before you pay.
Cancel before your next billing date through Settings → Manage billing, your Paddle receipt or paddle.net; ordinary cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Free access never converts to a subscription automatically.
If membership expires while you stay connected, existing shared content remains available to view and export. New shared interactions and edits pause. If you completed the introductory tower, you can still arrange your already-owned room pieces.
If the connection ends, the shared book closes for both people and retained content stays available through account export. Ending a connection does not cancel renewal.
Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Refund eligibility and withdrawal rights follow Paddle's policy and applicable consumer law; our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help and the relevant time limits.
